crazyeye emo

Hello, I've been on the forum for a few days now, and I'm absolutely charmed by the emo. However, when trying to import it to my MSN, the emo gets blown up and loses the nice effect.
Has anyone an msn sized version of the emo? If not, can someone create one?

what is the pixel size of the MSN icons?
