Creating a pantheon

OK, playing my first G&K game after not playing CiV for a year. I got a bunch of faith and in my religion screen it says "Your Religious Status: Can create Pantheon now!".

What seems to be missing is any way to actually create a Pantheon. Is there supposed to be some kind of button somewhere or some prerequisite which I need to do so?

yes its the big yellow button create pantheon

Ya, never mind. When I went onto the next turn that button showed up.
