Creation Customization split to two forums

I think there should be a split where PTW creations and regular Civ3 customizations should be in different forums. Would streamline the boards in my opinion, and prevent a lot of wasted downloading, when you later found out you downloaded for the wrong version.

Creations should just state whether or not its for PTW or not.

I don't see a reason to separate it into two forums, since most stuff on regular Civ3 can be used on PTW.

The major problem I would have is: PTW is Civ3.

Like Procifica said, files should just state whether they are PTW-specific.
