cruise missles

my idea is, whold i be able to give cruse missles prasiosn bombing, or whold it work only on air units (such as stelath bomber or figher ect)..
in my mod, on thing i did was incres the rage from 4 to 8 (that of a jet fighter) i allso increst tac nuke rage from 6 to 8. and nuke subs cap incresed from 1 to 4, i tage the curse missle was a tac. missle so thay can be trasported in the subs allso..

allow it to tavel in coast squares and give it the movement of 5 and allow aegis cruisers to carry them is enuf imo. This reflect the way cruise missiles are actually used in real life where it is fired from the sea and travels inland and a very fast speed.
