CTD on adding Gold to Civs in WB

I am getting constant CTD whenever i try to add gold to any of the civs that are on my map.
I have tried both the direct addition of gold via the city screen and also the Player Setup screen.
The game has just started and i am only in the first 20 turns.

I am running the latest version 40.01 and i am looking for any advice, please.

Most likely this worldbuilder bug is fixed on latest SVN.
It was completely redone here - old version of it was removed, and new version was added then it was adjusted for this mod.
