cultural linked starting positions?

I liked the cultural linked starting position option in Civ3 which placed all civs with the same cultural background close to each other (Europeans close to Europeans, Asians close to Asians and so on).So does anybody know if there is a map script already excisting with that feature or has anybody any ideas how to create such one?
