I recently came back to VP to try a new game.
Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my game when I stumbled on a major problem in the culture interface :
The button "swap and optimize" is far too big.
Proposition : rename this button to "swaptimize".

Manually if I need to boost border growth of a specific city. Otherwise swap & optimize.
