Cursor flickering

Hey guys,

I was playing for a while, and I can't remember what I did, but somehow since I now start the game and play, my cursor is flickering, when it shows the loading cursor (switching turns), or just point cursor, it doesn't matter, they all flicker.

I run the game on Directx 10&11, but tried Directx9, turn off V-sync, MSAA, low graphic details, but nothing helped.

Anyone knows something to help me out?

It is the game itself, I only have this in Civilization 5.
