Customizable Warmonger Penalties 1.1

not sure this mod isn't working properly i'm still getting attacked fairly quickly and the AI is attacking and capturing city states pretty much in the ancient era with just warriors..
 
What happens when yo u put everything at zero you don't get warmonger penalty for dowing correct right?
 
yeah none but when i have it set to 32 at eras until medieval AI are still attacking and capturing city states very early and attacking me. doesn't matter who it is it's like they don't even care about the penalties?
 
i'm convinced now these WM penalties only apply to me and not the Ai at all.

every game the AI spams warriors or what not than 1st attacks and captures ANY city states around them than they come after me. i have Wm penalties set to 32 until the RENO era.

also i don't know if this ids a bug but the AI seems to be able to do a Declare War of Territorial Expansion before they have the civic they are doing this within 50 turns?!

Actually that makes a lot of sense. I've noticed the AI seems to always hate each other no matter what and they're always declaring war on each other. They may only apply to the human player, but I'm not entirely sure how to test that...
 
how are they able to do a Declare War of Territorial Expansion when they don't even have the civic unlocked though? cheating MOFOS
 
Oh, interesting.. just found this mod after posting my own on Nexus... somehow this site thinks a link is spam, so I can't post it. Just search for Warmonger Penalty Reduction Project on nexus mods.

Anyway, it might interest you .. looks like we found some different variables to control.
 
Going to try thanks cause I need to try and find a balance for the diplomacy and this should help.
