Dale's Huge Earth Map [128 x 80] with 'enlarged Europe & Japan'?

Is this particular version of Civ 5 TSL map available for Civ 6 too?
I know there is one version in YNAEMP but it does not have enlarged Europe & Japan.
If it is available, I can't find it anywhere. Please, if anyone come across can post it in the thread.

PS - I know there is the GEM but it's too heavy for my rig and I would really love to play this Earth Map. So if anyone could help me with this. Thank you.

Is it possible to add extra city states from 'More CS for World' by adding them in the TSL table of this map?
I am doing all the TSL for civs & city states from base game.
