De-automate Workers

Is there a wayto quickly take all workers of auto?

Not that I know about, straight run them down one by one.

If they're in a stack, you can "fortify all", then "wake all" as opposed to instructing each worker individually. At the start of your turn, take a combat unit to your stack, and fortify-then-wake before they begin their auto tasks.
