There are 19 combs still need a leader. It's a fact there will be 16 new leaders, only 3 combs will not be put.

1. Charismatic (Ch) + Aggressive (A) = Queen Boudica of the Celts
2. Expansive (E) + Imperialistic (Im) = King João II of Portugal

3. Organized (O) + Aggressive
4. Creative (Cr) + Charismatic
5. Imperialistic + Charismatic
6. Philosophical (Ph) + Charismatic
7. Expansive + Creative
8. Financial (F) + Creative
9. Philosophical + Creative
10. Protective (Pr) + Creative
11. Financial + Expansive
12. Industrious (Id) + Imperialistic
13. Philosophical + Imperialistic
14. Protective + Imperialistic
15. Spiritual (S) + Imperialistic
16. Charismatic + Industrious
17. Philosophical + Industrious
18. Protective + Organized
19. Protective + Philosophical

From 3 to 19, only 17 left. We know one characteristic of Sitting Bull – Protective (Pr) + ???
He can be: 10 (Pr +Cr), 14 (Pr + Im), 18 (Pr + O) or 19 (Pr + Ph).
I bet the 19. If he likes Culture victory, probably he's a Philosophical character.

My opinion:

Hammurabi – O +???. Organized yes. The Code of Hammurabi, more organized than that it's impossible. The question is: Industrious, Aggressive or Protective? More like to be Industrious.(16).
Justinian – Im + S (15)!?! Need more intel about him.
Pacal – Ph + In (17). About him I really don't know nothing. But the Mayan were technological advanced and had great constructions. Look to Chichén Itza.
Willem – F + E (11). More to the Dutch characteristic then his. He protect Netherlands through an alliance with England. And also become an English King. If Wang Kon wasn't in Civ, I'd put him on Pr + F.
Gilgamesh – His more a myth than a real leader. Maybe (4) Cr + Ch..
Abraham Lincoln – Honest Abe, they call him. He's a tough one.
Pericles – Ph + Cr (9). Wasn't he, the responsible of lifting up the Parthenon?
Suleiman – E + Cr (7).He was an enthusiastic patron of the arts and architecture plus he expand his domains to the maximums of the Ottoman Empire.

The William of Orange who appears on this game you will know as William the Silent, you are thinking of an entirley different William of Orange who lived over a century later

for me as you see Abe is a tough one. I haven't a idea what sould be!
He lived wend America stard to industrialyze so!!! quite complited!

Abraham Lincoln should be Charismatic and Philosophical - of that there can be no debate! :p

For Justinian, Imperialistic and Spiritual is certainly a good fit, though Aggressive and Organized would be good too. If anyone in the game deserves the Organized trait, it's him.

Organized and Industrious might be good for Hammurabi - however, that combo is already taken by Franklin D. Roosevelt. I believe Organized is a given, and potential second traits would be Protective (the best runner up when Spiritual (Ashoka) and Industrious (FDR) are already taken), Aggressive or Financial (but that's really stretching it quite a bit.)

Frederick is Philosophic, organized isn't he? I remember that he had great synergies with the German UB.

That is correct, though he used to be Philosophical and Creative in vanilla.

Yeah, I was sad they changed this; it's my favourite combo :(

Then again, Pericles is a very likely candidate for this combo. Under his rule, Athens became the cultural and philosophical centre of Ancient Greece as we still remember it today.

If your predictions are true, then when I get BTS (using vanilla right now), Rome under Augustus, Greece under Pericles, and the Maya will probably be my civs of choice. Which is bloody awesome considering I love the history of all three the above mentioned.

For the rest I have no ideas that haven't already been mentioned.

Id say that speculating like this isnt gonna be very useful cos its likely they'll change some existing leaders again (like they did with fredrick and others) yeah it wont b as much as last time cos they are no new traits but id be surpsised if no leader was changed. take mao for example - he is almost completely useless now IMO. they may change that.

Mao isn't completely useless, he's actually quite powerful. Starts with the two best starting techs, has an awesome UU and UB, great synergy with Protective, and Expansive isn't a bad trait at all. Cheap workers and extra health, not bad. Though I think Mao's traits should be changed for the simple fact that Expansive makes absolutely no sense for a leader that slaughtered millions. I'd like to see Philosophical/Protective for Mao, but I'm not sure that Firaxis is planning on changing any leader traits. It seems that they announced they were changing leader traits for Warlords right away, but they haven't mentioned anything about it yet for BTS.

Well Justin wanted to make the Byzantium Empire Great again and he conquered quite a lot of terrortory and built constantinople plus the Hagia Sophia or Saint Sophia.

He could be as said, Spritiual, Imperialistic or Imperialistic and Industrius

Roosevelt is organized/industrous

Zenon, you left out one combo: Industrious/Charismatic. And yes, Lars, that is exactly what I believe Lincoln will be. :p

Charismatic is obvious. The industrious part comes in because industry won the war for the North. There's another subtle aspect to this that I pointed out elsewhere: Washington is Expansive/Charismatic, and Roosevelt is Industrious/Organized. It is indeed appropriate for Lincoln to combine these two, becoming Industrious/Charismatic--appropriate for a leader set "in between" the two others.

What!? Are you people suggesting different combos for Lincoln after I specifically told you not to debate him? :nono:
Naaah, I'm just kidding. Creative or Industrious could work to extent as well, I guess. However I personally find Charismatic and Philosophical to fit so well with the values that are commonly associated with the romantic idea of Lincoln, as well as the impression one gets from reading his own words. And attention should be payed to his fascinating persona - he is, after all, perhaps the most iconic American of all time.

I am not sure who will get what as traits. Since you will be able to play any leader as any civ that really won't matter to me. I do think the forbidden 3 will remain locked out. Which would explain why there are exactly 3 combos not going to be used. I am guessing

1. Ind/Phi
2. Cre/Phi
3. Fin/Org
