Declared Friends ignore Troops on Borders during Joint Wars

Okay please share because I have the same issues, also friends who stab you in the back, we need ability to denounce them, attack them, not freaking wait until friendship is over, that is not a smart way to make the game or a mod. Friends should be like real ones, if they stab you in the back then remove them immediately from your life!
