As a defensive belief is it supposed to boost bombers attacking targets on enemy soil or is this an oversight? Crusade is supposed to be the offensive belief.

No, it should not boost any attacks on enemy soil. Do you have a saved example of this happening?

Well its normally about the target tile but I am not sure if DOTF considers the starting tile.... Nasty... Nukes and +10 is a bit overkill

This was attacking China, I had converted China to my religion. Thinking that might be the issue I tried attacking an Arabian city with a different religion.
