DEFENSE Mod Tech Limit?

Hi,

New to these forums, and sorry if this has been answered before; I've searched and not found anything about this so far.

I'm on Round 15 of the BtS "Defense" mod, and for the last round, and this one, I haven't been able to buy any new techs, even though I have more than enough money to do so. Can you only buy so many techs in this mod? Or am I running into some sort of bug or other misunderstanding?

I've run into this too on occasion, my guess is that it is a bug but I'm not sure. I don't think it is a tech limit, I just think it occasionally doesn't allow you to buy techs.
