So if I pre-ordered 2-day mail through Amazon and it's still showing unshipped as of 3pm Eastern, I should expect it to be mailed tomorrow and arrive Friday? Trying to figure this out.

I don't think so, Amazon customer service has been quoting me a ship date of 2-3 days after when it says your order will be shipped.... yea figure that out... anyways, if it was supposed to be shipped on the 24th, then maybe the 27th or 28th is what they said. All i can say is, complain and they will reduce your shipping to $0.

At stores, our computers indicated to us (yesterday) that it had shipped yesterday. This morning they were changed to reflect that they would be shipping today. The same reason is likely the cause for website confusions yesterday as well

my order status says shipped and i have a tracking number so it is in stock in soem eb games wharehouse but prolly not in the store

our company does the same shipments from the manufacturer come to our wharehouse and mailorders/pre-orders are shipped first then they send it to the store for walk in customers

Phone. Their CS number is hard to find on their website, so if anyone else wants to call and see if they can get an answer other than mine or some kind of BS about not knowing, their Customer Service number is 1-800-201-7575.
