I contacted Civ support when I got the message that said to switch discs from one to the other, but neither worked.
I was told it was the firmware, and when I went to the QSI website to download the latest version to make it compatible with the copy protection, there was no update to download!
Had anyone else had this problem? Has anyone found a solution? Surely, there must be many users with Dell Inspirons with the QSI drive that is not working?
