Would all departments that spent money during the last turn please post what you spent here, so that I can do the budget for the next turn?

I think that the military department spent 160 gold on horsemen upgrades....

I believe the foreign affairs department spent gold on embassies, but I don't know how much.

I think the culture department rushed a library, but I don't know how much was spent.

So far all I've upgraded is the two Horses for 160 gold

I have rushed two libraries, one on 5/7 for 152, and one on 5/9 for 136.

embassies were established on May 10, costing: 68 and 86

We also gave 1GPt to Iroquois, that may be before the budget was made.
