Desktop Theme for Civ 3 for Windows 2000

Anyone know where i can get a civ 3 desktop theme? And I mean the complete package not just a wallpaper background. The ones available are for civ 2 and they kinda suck.

I found a cool civ3 screen saver but i need a theme to get along with it.

OMG, think it through, man!

Install something like that, and your icons will settle themselves wherever there is an open screen, your left speaker will have diminished sound from corruption, and your right speaker will culture-flip over to your neighbor's house! On top of all that, you will no longer be able to MP any games until you fork over another $30 dollars.

It probably wouldn't be too hard to make yourself. Just get a wall paper from civ3.com, use your screensaver you found, use some game-appropriate sounds, make some icons, and there you go. (Of course, I don't have Windows 2000. )
