I just cleared off my desktop and changed the background, so I thought I'd share. No more Harry Potter; back to the LotR mainstays.

I got rid of nearly every icon on my desktop and filled the space with other stuff. Also note the slight drop shadow from the menu and how it's slightly transparent.

I used ObjectDock a whille ago but randomly all my shortcuts disapeared. I didn't want to take the time to set it back up, so I just tossed it.

I used ObjectDock a whille ago but randomly all my shortcuts disapeared. I didn't want to take the time to set it back up, so I just tossed it.

I messed around with 3DNA for awhile, it was fun and interesting at the start, but I got tired of it awhile later. Being able to actually walk around inside of your desktop and finding the programs is fun, but it was a huge pain to find out where the hell the programs are (I found the basketball court though).

Any recommended toolbars/desktop enhancements?

It took me about an hour to get bored of the new desktop after months of the old one. So I have yet another LotR desktop.
