I'd like to redo the automatic naming and the icons based on units size and nation, and again, I'll request your help.

I may not go as far as DEathgod65 in is modmod (but that's what modmod are for :)) , but I'd like a better common base for all scenarios.

Here is a base to correct/complete, we may have multiple table (infantries, armor, artilleries, ...)
Size | personnel | vehicles | U.S.A. | U.K. | U.S.S.R. | Germany | France | Italy | Japan | China
XXXX | 100.000 | ? | Army | Army | Army | Army | Army | Army | Army | Army
XXX | 30,000–60,000 | ? | Corps | Corps | Corps | Corps | Corps | Corps | Corps | Corps
XX | 10.000-20.000 | ? | Division | Division | Division | Division | Division / Division Cuirassée | Division | Division | Division
X | 2.000-10.000 | ? | Brigade | Brigade | ? | ? | ? | ? | ? | ?
III | 500-3.000 | 70-100 | Regiment | Group | ? | ? | Regiment / Groupe de Bataillon de Char | ? | ? | ?
II | 300-1.000 | 30-45 | Battalion | Regiment | ? | Battalion | Bataillon | ? | ? | ?
I | 60-250 | ? | Company | Squadron | ? | ? | ? | ? | ? | ?
••• | 25-40 | ? | Platoon | Troops | ? | ? | ? | ? | ? | ?
•• | 7-13 | ? | Squad | Section | ? | ? | ? | ? | ? | ?
• | 5-10 | ? | Crew | Patrol | ? | ? | ? | ? | ? | ?
May or may not be of use to you, but this is a bunch of icons I've did for the NA/E 1940 scenario. Tries to closely reflect actual unit sizes of units in the war, rather than pure divisions.

Includes:

XXX - Corps (Soviet Airborne, Cavalry, Mechanized, )

XX - Division (All existing icons + Cavalry, Gebrigs, Motorized, Security, Jager, Guards Infantry)

X - Brigade (Motorized, Naval Infantry, Gebrigs, Infantry, Cavalry, Armor)

III - Regiment (Commando, Gurkha, Infantry, Static Infantry)

II - Battalion (Heavy Armor, Commando)

Also includes icons for Soviet Guards (Cav, Inf, Mech, Tank), Waffen SS (Panzer, Heavy Panzer Abt, Motorized) and Italian CCNN (Inf).

I feel it might be unnecessary to include any unit size smaller than Battalion, since the mod focuses on theater-level combat.

Thank you :)

About the size, I think that with a few rules change, we could make some interesting short scenarios at the tactical level (I was not thinking about mixing platoons and divisions on the same map)

Now that I've added "weight" to units, I'm thinking of making it change with the ratio of max vs actual personnel/vehicles, that would allow to put 2 damaged units on the same plot temporary.

Reinforcement could then be limited to prevent "overstacking".
