Drake got back to me, and said that he sent the save "ages ago" to UWS. If UWS has not received said save, he (she?) should get in touch with Mr. Rlugia.

We can attempt to start all over again (Hey, were only 2-3 turns into it!) including less players. Maybe 5 or 6 instead of 8, and only allow those who signed up for this game join. That should eliminate some of the players that are holding us back.

I would love to play this given the opportunity. Unfortunately one week a month I am in germany without evening internet access and so on reciept of the save I would have to play in the evening and post the following day. It would therefore be a full 24 hours before I could turn round the save on those dates.

What you could do is have two or three games of four to six people in it.
I'm in favour of this idea also Although (and this might sound a little crazy), we could play the accelerated version of the game.....fewer turns, faster play....or perhaps not....it just depends on how dedicated people will be
EDIT:// I'm not convinced about the multiple games thing though...I doubt there's enough interest. Also, when we do get this rolling.....I'll be away for 10 days, in about 10 weeks time (next school holidays) so I may need to arrange a sub then

I'd like to play if you get new games going, but I will be off without civ3 access for a month starting in early July. Maybe I will sit this round out and lurk as an alternate or something after school starts up again in August.
