It got merged with the general discussion forum.

After few months, the expansion forums get merged once the BNW hype/craze dies out.

It looks like the standard for merging is after the first major patch post expansion release.

However, most BNW posts had been in the general forum for months before that occurred. (It took less than a week for most posts about playing BNW to be in made within general)
It's really only before an expansion is released that the conversation about it stays confined to the sub forum.
