Diplo Marriage Mod

This mod gives all Civs the ability to use the diplomatic marriage function with City-States.

Since many civs have used marriages in diplomatic relationships I find it odd that only one civ should have this ability. Also I have edited Austria since this mod obviously makes them underpowered...they now get a reduction in cost for social policies.

Mod has been uploaded to the Steam Workshop. Please don't forget to rate this mod if you use it and like it.

Cool idea, really.
Oh, why only CS. I think, there also must be option for civilizations.
This will be much moooore useful.
