Diplomacy bug or something pleas help!!

Hi i am new to this site

but i have a little problem when i play civ 5 gods and kings

whenever i enter diplomacy with another nation there is no text of what they are saying so it makes it very hard to understand what they want. Can someone please help me??

Please check the integrity of the games files.
To do that open Steam, go to libary, make a right click on Civ5, go to properties, and then choose the tab "local files" in the upcoming menu. There should be a button to check the integrity of the files. It it until no files get replaced anymore, then try to play it again.

i cleaned my cache file that didnt work are there any files i can download from here or something??

Try completely removing the game, a fresh install might fix it. If not, you better contact the tech support.
