SUPER EMP!
Chats are done on MSN from my experiance (in the ISDG). Few people seem to use AIM. MSN has a chat recording system too. MSN is clean and efficant.
For those of you who don't have AIM or MSN, use trillian. IRC is used in CFC a lot, but for those of us who are less computer literate, and don't like messing around with 'servers' or 'channels' it is complicated.
However, the ambassador needs to be able to contact the other team at any moment. If the other team reps decide to use AIM, MSN, ICQ, or any other chat program, the ambassdor should be able to use that on a regular basis. It saves A LOT of time insted of emailing. Plus, if you really need to confront another team, it is funner to with other team members in real time
