Hey guys. I've been playing Civ V on Steam for some time and when I had an issue,I just kinda didn't pursue it. But now I'm working with interesting mods that I want to play with and the Diplomacy Icons that let you see your score and things of that nature are gone. They are instead overlapped by an icon of George Washington. Was wondering if anyone could help me find a fix.
Here is a list of mods I am running.

(Which I learned had issues, but disabling them did not fix it.)
