Playing on emperor level as the Babylonians, large world/lamd mass 9 civs reduced to 7 by war.
I built the UN in AD 1445 ( is this unusally early for emperor - I don't know as this was 1st game at this level)
As I knew I would build it first, I formed MPP's with 4 other civs prior to its completion.
I initiated 1 war only, with the Zulu's who were quickly annihilated (they had previously attacked me 3 times) and generally kept all agreements I had made
The vote was 4 - 2 against me in the UN with 3 of my MPP civs voting against me
What should I have done to be sure of getting the vote? Is there a way of knowing who ai civs will vote for. The winner had no MPP or military alliances except for MPP with me
