Directx 10/11 crash at leader screen

I started playing at Directx 10/11 with leader screen setting at lowest level.
The game did not crush until turn 159. 10 turns earlier Darius asked me to start war with Sweden. I chose to start the war after 10 turns. After 10 turns the leader screen appeared where i had to choose start war or i changed my mind. Before i could choose the screen went black and the game crashed. That happened every time.

Did you try to turn down the graphical settings of the leaders?

The graphical settings of the leaders are at minimum.

The leader screens will be blank, but it should stop the crashing.
