Don't get me wrong: RoM is the best mod i've ever played for CIV4, if it isn't already the best.

But there is one thing i didn't like from it, and it's the new civics. Personally i think that there are too many of them, making the game too complicated for me :(

So my question is how can i remove these new civics and go back to the default ones?

Thanks in advance

Hate to say it, but you can't. Besides, they are an important part of the mod's design. It sounds like Rise of Mankind is not the mod for you, since Rise of Mankind is about complexity. There are other mods out there that have features of Rise of Mankind (Revolutions, expanded techs, units, buildings, etc.) without the level of detail.

thanks for answering, and don't worry. It's totally a mod for me ;)

Well so i'm playing now with the new civics. They aren't so bad as i thought, i'm still getting used to them but i still think that some civics give benefits and effects very similar to other ones in the same civic tree, or out.

Also, i don't know if i should be posting his there, but i'm having an issue, the income of gold is innaccurate. For example, i have 100 gold, with an income of +2. in the next turn i should be having 102 of gold, but no, i have 94 :S very serious issue IMO. i think it may be the civics i selected, but i'm not sure, anyone else had this problem? (BTW i'm using rise of mankind 2.92)

Are you building any roads? They cost money to build in RoM and are not included in the income calculations.
