Disabling wonders on birds eye.

I've been looking around for a mod that prevents wonders from showing up around your city in bird's eye view and have been unable to find one. Anyone know of an existing mod? Or, any idea of how a mod like that could be made? I readily admit that my modding experience is practically nil but I don't want to see a big Greco-esque library chilling in my Incan city. Thanks!
