Disc 2 available as a download?

I deleted some files through the command prompt, and now when I load the game only the map, cities, and units appear, none of the information resources (like what unit is selected, and the score, domestic adviser, etc) -- obviously those are needed to play the game.

I copied the "saves" files to another folder, but since I am overseas, I do not have my disc 2 and cannot re-install (as I only need disc 1 to play). Any suggestions? There isn't a way to buy/install the game from a download is there? Thanks for any input.

Civ 4 is available to buy as a download from places like steam and Direct2Drive and I'm sure many of the other online game sites. I don't know anywhere that you can legally download disc 2 without paying. To buy you can often find Civ 4 Complete including Colonization very cheaply if you look around, I got it for £2 something.
