Discovered tech with Great Person - but where's my religion?

I used a Great Prophet to discover Divine Right.
But I've not founded Islam: I got no message about it, and the religion screen still says Islam is not yet founded.

Is this a bug?

Try running the game on a few turns, since when you get a religious tech from the Oracle it's often the case that the religion doesn't appear for a couple of turns. There could well be a similar problem with a free tech from a great person.

Sometimes this happens if the AI discovers the tech the same turn. They get the religion but it hasnt updated the religion screen.
