Proposal to a change of the Fanatican Constitution

Whereas the security of our beloved nation was breached aggregiously, the following security measures are to be in effect:

Any citizen will be given access to the forum pages. Such access implies Confidential Security Clearance.

In order to obtain the copies of saves, the password code, or be privy to future battle plans, a citizen must submit the information required by the CFC moderator. This constitutes Secret Security Clearance. At the time of this writing requested information included name, email address, etc, so that these could be checked against global databases to ensure that such citizens were not participants in other MSDG teams.

All government officials must have Top Secret Security Clearance, which means, that they give the moderators direct permission to immediately run the above check, thus ensuring that they are not a spies, since this would be too detrimental to the CFC team, whether they were spying for us or against us.

I will aprove this as long as we include a IP adress check too. I think the UN has a list of all IPs anyways we can compare it to. If not, we could ask.
