Just a couple of ideas for a Discworld Mod.

The civilizations:
Ankh-Morpork:
Leaders: Lord Vetinari (Financial, Organized; favors Bureaucracy), Lord Winder (Aggressive, Expansive; favors Police State)
UU: Street Urchin
Flag: seems to complicated for actual design, maybe white with gray stripes

Watchmen:
Leaders: Sam Vimes (Aggressive, Organized; favors Emancipation), Carrot Ironfoundersson (Philosophical, Creative; favors Nationhood)
UU: Watchman
Flag: Pure White flag [the flag used in Jingo]

Omnia:
Leaders: Vorbis (Spiritual, Agressive; favors Theocracy), Brutha (Spiritual, Philosophical; favors Free Religion)
UU: The Turtle
Flag: Sand Brown maybe

The Wizards:
Leaders: Mustrum Ridcully (Organized, Creative; favors Serfdom), Coin (Industrious, Aggressive; favors Slavery)
UU: Orangutan
Flag: Red with Black Staff

Klatch:
Leaders: Prince Cadram (Organized, Expansive; favors Mercantilism), 71-Hour Ahmed (Aggressive, Industrious; favors Emancipation)
UU: Camel-Crossbowman
Flag: Red with a K in the middle

Religions: Omnian, Small Gods, Offler, Annoia, The Lady, and Fate
 
For the wizards UU I think you should have a Rincewind unit. Cannot attack, 100% withdraw rate when defending. Lol

Also you forgot the witches civilization, led by Granny Weatherwax, of course.
 
What about Cohen the Barbarian and his silver horde?
Could "Small Gods" be a good source for a Discworld mod religion system?
 
There could be a Discworld religion mod. Small Gods and The Last Hero would be the best places to look. There are plenty of gods to replace current religions. Unfortuantly, I am not able to do XML coding.
 
Hey, I was searching for a discworld mod and stumbled on this thread, but no ones been on it for about a year, is the discworld mod still an idea? If no ones making one, I might have a go when TheLopez's civilizeditor comes out.
