display driver has stopped responding and recovered

Hey guys i need some help

When I try to play splinter cell conviction after about half an hour it crashes to desk top and gives me "display driver has stopped responding and recovered" This has never happened on any other game, even Crysis with max settings. I'm thinking I need more of a power supply.

Whats causing this? Can I fix it?

P.S driver is currently using the best driver software (according to MS)

(I don't want to open her up right to get the watts but I will if you think thats the problem)

Delete the driver and reinstall.

umm.. I just deleted it but I don't know how to reinstall and screen looks likes its from the 90s now...

Best thing to do it download a new copy of the driver. Occasionally the file gets corrupted. Then, if it downloads as a .exe file, you can just open the file and it will install. Otherwise, you can install it through Display properties> settings> Advanced> Adapter> Properties>
