I just realized that it's pointless for me to continue since I don't know how Tolis did the battle matchups.

Consider this game on major hold until Tolis gets to me.

I now believe that the best solution would be to freeze this game until Tolis is ready to run it again, as this avoids the problems of switching GMs midgame, while also hopefully letting us preserve our progress and plotting in this one.

However, if you're really willing to host someone else's game, LightFang, I'd really like to see an S&F3, and I don't have the time to host it myself with Pre-ChaNES running. If you'd like to use my plans for secret mechanics and Mark abilities, I'd be glad to "co-GM" it (though I'd have to delegate most of the update writing, gold totalling, general maintenance, etcetera to you). Alternately, we could just discuss what the public mechanics, like items and schedule, would be, and I could leave the secret stuff to you, which would allow me to participate as a player. I'm fine with either option, really.

I know I've approached a few others with similar offers, before, but with all due respect, it seems like they're more interested in hosting their own sorts of games, rather than a classic Snakes and Foxes style one. Also, if LightFang doesn't want to do this, the offer is open to anyone who wouldn't mind running a game. For reference, here's my last ruleset, for S&F2.

Regarding this particular game, LF as GM sounds good, but as others have pointed out, Tolis has to take the decision.

Personally, i'd prefer to be GMing S&F3, but for now the offer is to LF and not me.

It seems that most people would prefer the NoTW over S&F. You may get what you want.

EDIT: It will be a sad day when you leave Izipo.
On another note, as I said before, assuming that nothing changes my NoTW will be open this coming thursday.

{ I caught Tolis online, and he actually answered this time. He's really busy, and he has a flu, and he doesn't think he will be able to continue the game. He is happy to give LF any and all information and let LF continue running the game. So I guess now we're waiting for LF to get that info, and then it's back to business. }

Yeah, Pinman's been excited about it. I'd let him run S&F3. See, the thing is, I'm not that creative of a person, or that smart, so were I to run one of these, I know it'd end up pretty unbalanced. I would just take everything that Chandrasekhar had and go with it. But, Pinman, I'd rather see NotW than S&F3. That's my selfishness speaking.

Tolis told me who should win the battle. However, until I'm actually told how the battle mechanics work, I don't want to go forward with the information. Playing it safe, you know.

Once I catch Tolis on and extract all the information, we'll be good to go.

Oh don't worry too much, I was in a bad mood last night, what with the end of holidays and all... Most of the time I feel I should be using my time in more productive ways, so I'm in some kind of guilt trip about spending hours at CFC, but as long as we have great NotWs (hint, hint, nudge, nudge, say no more...), I'll be here.

Also, I'd like to congratulate Tolis for all the effort he put into this. It's sad he couldn't finish it, but I can understand why.

Good luck LightFang for the continuation of this, I promise I'll be more active when it gets rolling again.
