Distinguishing b/t Modpacks & Scenarios

Do you know the differences between modpacks and scenarios? If you are not sure about that, then read the article by John Valdez which I just added to the Civ2 Reference section. It's truly an enlightening article!

I should pay more attention when classifying scenarios and modpacks from now on...
