Divine Intervention Games in FFH

Um, please don't change any of the files in the game. That makes compatibility issues crop up that I would rather not have to deal with. Just use the tools available to you in world builder.

The pictures I used I found on google pics and deviantart.com. They have lots of stuff like that.

Can you people start posting all questions and things related to this DI in the main thread over in Stories and Tales? Having the information and conversations spread out over three posts can be confusing.

Unfortunately Verdian got dragged away with real life so thats now on Hiatus.

Hoping to get a new one up and running quickly while interest is still about. Hoping even more for someone to offer to be a back up human player to help raise the chances of finally finishing one of these.

The Immortal Gathering

Heck, why not. I'll be the back-up mortal. I've been wanting to get involved in one of these for a while but haven't had the guts to nerd out and do so. I'm in.

Let's make sure that I have the correct version of FfH2 up and running. Which patches or modmods would I need? Is there a way to install these without breaking current saves? (if not, it's not a huge deal. Playing with other players would be more interesting than my solo roleplaying anyway).

We're using the MagisterModMod - the one before the current version, I believe. As long as you've got a base install of FfH2, the installer should copy over everything it needs and away you go.
If MagisterCultuum has taken down the old version download from his thread, I believe someone kindly uploaded it somewhere in the Hermetic Lore for DI5 thread. Will poke about and see if I can link you to the post.

Edit: found it. This post: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.php?p=11566210&postcount=146

Great, thanks! I'll follow the story closely as it goes (of course, NOT reading the parts that mortals are not supposed to see), and if the time comes that I need to sub in, I'll make sure I'm ready to roll. I just discovered DI games a few weeks ago (where have I been?), and would love to be a part of one!
