Divine Intervention Resurrection I: The Wrath of Khan

Spoiler NFNE :

Meckaerik: Machine God
Cull: Sea God - Religion = Confucionism(cullfucionism)
Ravus Sol: Moon God
Apollo: Sun God
Nictel: Lionhead God - Religion = Judaism
Snefru: Sheppard God
Ilduce: God of Toa - Religion = Toaism

Just a list i wanted to make to keep myself up to date.

EDIT: I missed the voting while i was tallying gods. I agree the prat is extreme but i havn't played out the save yet. Does it really kill america within 20 turns? thats sick. Wait he hasn't put up the save again so it hasn't happened yet. I'm sure it can be changed to something else against both toaist nations

I added strong defensive units to America, but nothing out of the ordinary. 16 units. They are killable but not right now. Max promos is under 10. Compared to a super-praet with 110% withdraw rate that never dies that gets, above 50% odds, more likely in the 70-80% range against a RIFLE on open field, not even including immunity of first strikes or the 5-8 first strikes. Oh, did I mention it can NEVER be killed, due to 110% withdrawal rate. Yeah, sure its about the same.

The fallout is similar. For not starting a quest? Read the old DI's. The players sometimes never started a quest for a long time, and yet there was normally no penalty for not starting it in the turns that are right after it. Definitely not fallout. It is like putting a giant swath of ice or mountains through land. Oh wait. Rule 4, and to an extent, 10.

It cant loose on Offense, I once destroyed a rouge barbarain (exact same unit) by loosing 11 axman, the 12 destroyed it

Not for Mortal Eyes

Spoiler :
Ravus, you forgot the Woodsmen and the Hills I think. Plus ambitious, and whatever one ignores terrain, and gives +1 movement. I even think they are MORE promos. Yikes.

I'm sorry, but bull. It has 110% withdrawl rate no matter what. How about you actually WB it, and then we're see.

Then why do HA retreat from cats when defending. And you aren't even addressing your fallout wrath.

I said you have to finish the quest ASAP, he didn't start it where all he had to do was push the build city button.

also Iduce is a pretty cruel god, fair but cruel

It's overpowered. You killed the Americans and the Mongolian cities are stuck on 1 pop for ~50 turns.

The host can decide if he wants to accept the save or not but I would suggest not updating it until he has.

Fair? Get real. That praet will kill Lincoln, and then proceed to kill him, and then turn around and kill the southern civs. And now you're ignoring the fact about the massive fallout and breaking the rules.

As for building the city, what if he couldn't handle the city cost? He was running 50% at a slight deficit when I went in and modded it. He would plunge to 30% maybe lower. And I even stated in your quote of me that if you look at past DI's, you see similar example, but not one of them tore the land apart with fallout and created a Praet-God.

Nope, the infanty either wins or looses

:crazyeye:

I don't feel we're going to resolve this discussion, shall we wait for NinjaCow64. OK? :)

has someone actually played through the save yet to see if it IS overpowered?

I played 10 turns, the americans lost the capital and its second biggest city. Cities all dropped to 1 pop. So production took forever. The praet was still walking around then I quit.

Okay thats just ridiculous. I know the prat is there as a "this will happen to you if you don't obey me" schtick. But thats extreme. Can we just take of some promotions so it can die more easily. If you just take of the withdrawls and the ones that heal him then it would have a chance to die.

If you want Kahn to know what could happen gift him a spy to watch the God Kids rampage
