DLC question

I have G&K expansion which includes (as you probably already know) Spain. I was looking at some of the DLC and I thought about getting some. But the one to get the inca is a double pack, which includes Spain. It's $7.50, and the one civ DLCs are 5 dollars. Do I really have to pay an extra 2 and a half dollars to buy just, in reality, one civ?

Unfortunately, yes you do.
You also have a bad timing, last weekend everything was on sale for 75% off, and you could update your game to a gold edition (with all the dlc's) for only a few dollars.

Yeah, I don't check the store as often as I should because of really slow internet. I usually don't bother.
