my job is nice, i'm employed at 80%. So during 4 days a week i work the best i can, the last 3 days i enjoy my life.

Depends how I'm feeling, I guess... Sometimes I'll be really enthusiastic and get a lot of work done, other times I'll be counting the minutes until the end of my shift and dawdle...

Morale at my company has hit rock bottom, my career is going nowhere (as is that of all junior technical staff) and the company pays only lip service to improving the situation.

I'm currently working on leaving and finding work elsewhere and intend to return to 100%.

Try Electronics, Computers suck, Just a lot of know nothin' leeches are in it for the titles, yer treated like a burgerboy unless yer a relative.
