DoC 1.18.0 released

I have released DoC version 1.18.0.

You can find it on the CFC download page. Alternatively, you can download the installers directly from Sourceforge:

• Dawn of Civilization 1.18.0 with all modules
• Dawn of Civilization 1.18.0 without modules

Using the installer is recommended because it includes a performance optimized DLL and optimized graphical assets, which provides faster loading times both when launching the mod and during gameplay.

• Changelog between 1.17 and 1.18
• Introductory information about the mod and its modules
• Support in case of bugs and technical issues

I will follow up soon with another thread about my plans for the continued development of the mod (you can now find it here). I will of course continue active support for 1.18, so please stay engaged on the forum and report bugs, balance issues and other gameplay concerns.

This mod is incredible!

Throughout all these years, each version and update keeps getting better and more complete.

Fantastic work, I hope this new version 1.18 guarantees me and everyone on the forum many hours of fun, thanks to the efforts of modders here at Civifanatics. Old games like CIV4/Col4 with mods seem like new games (but optimized and complete, unlike what we've seen in this recent gaming industry).

Thank you Leoreth, for your dedication, DoC is a fantastic creation and version 1.18 will be too.
