Anyone? I'm pretty sure I've seen it somewhere before. Can't seem to find it or any explanation of the new fall patch warmonger hate mechanics though :/

Has is been figured out if as part of making it progress more exponentially they lowered the base (minor) level from what we got in BNW? Ie: did it went from something like 3-5-7-10 to something more like 1-2-4-12 (they say "more exponential", so I assume it's not fully exponential)?

NP. I was looking for them here for like an hour before remembering they were posted on Reddit and not Civfanatics.

Though, bear in mind, this is about the warmonger penalty and just the warmonger penalty. What's most often the real problem when people have beef with the warmonger penalty is chain denunciations, which may often get kicked off by an initial conquering spree. That's the stuff that can haunt you for the whole game.

Although I wonder if there's any explation for liberation bonus. How come if I conquer a city state on a huge map I get major penalty for warmongering, but if I liberate it I only get minor liberation bonus?

I think liberating is the same amount, but just in the reverse direction. So the swing should be the same.
