Does anyone know how to create Events?

Can someone please help me. I am trying to create a mod in which the Spanish get a few Conquistadors, Explorers, and Settlers in America in 1500 AD.
I kept trying but do not understand how to.
If anyone knows and tells me I will appreciate it a lot.

There are 3 parts.
1 goes to Event Trigger infos
Event infos
and RandomEventInterface py

@Spillsandstains gave me a model of the python and explained some of it to me, and now I know enough to create events like Spain gets 6 Conquistadors in America after the discovery of Astronomy.

I can send you a model that explains it in a text document, all you have to do is copy paste it in the correct folders. And you can also read the explanations to improve your knowledge of python
