This is about that 2009 film. I would like to ask if anyone here saw it, and can share their views of it. I read it has a (rare) 93% positive rating at Rotten Tomatoes, and won a number of awards in Europe and Canada (it also was nominated for the foreign film Oscar).

Link to video.

I haven't seen the film. I only watched a couple of sequences. It does look very hard-core. Its premise is important (parents teaching their very young children a list of nonsense, which leads to horrible problems for the children), but i am not sure if the actual depiction of that in the film would be what i personally would find interest in watching.
It is quite violent (R rated? only >18 could watch it in cinemas), and also has full nudity in some scenes. I do not know any of the actors and wiki only has an entry for one of them (the father in the film) who seems generally established in local cinema.

I have seen it. More nudity than violence. I watch a lot of films including many foreign ones and this movie was disappointing. I didn't like the story or acting. I think I gave it 2 stars out of 5.

Personally: Interesting idea, but not very well executed.
The film should give you a bit of a scary feeling, considering the background, but most of the time you're only sitting there and thinking "WTH?".
Okay, also to be expected, but it's just...it's only bizarre, and loses the interesting part over that.

I don't know about the execution since i didn't watch it fully, but...

Since i'm a writer and i have studied history of literature extensively, I have innumerable plots in my head and most of them are really repetitive. The plot in this movie is quite unique and that's what matters for me.

I can say that i can compare this movie to early http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_Breillat work.

It is thought provoking, and the director's vision of the plot is his interpretation like always. I would be very interested to read the script.

Am I the only one disappointed that this isn't news that they're improving bluetooth?

This is one of those movies I wanted to see, but never got around to. Sad to hear its not up to par. Maybe I'll dive in and watch it for myself one day.
