DoI Plans:

"Eastern Fanatannia"
Turn 0 - Move the single worker by Camelot to the bonus grassland tile 2NE of the city.
Turn 1 - Mine the said tile (6 turns).
If any more workers are built, have them help out this worker. After the tile is mined, head for the tile 1SW of Provolutia, and mine it.

"Western Fanatannia"

Turn 0 - Clear out the forest 1E with 2 workers. Have the 3rd worker start a road.
Turn 2 - Road the tile that was just cleared. With any remaining workers, irragate the cattle.
Turn 3 - If there's any active workers left in this region, and no extra worker has been built, head it over to Provolutia to mine any needed tiles. Otherwise, head for the hill 1NE of Donsignia.

Code:
Current Workforce: 4 workers. I need atleast 2 more - perhaps some from Camelot.

[b][u]Camelot[/u][/b]

STATUS: Stalled Growth (size 6, no river)
TARGET: 10spt. Unmined mountain + mined BG (bonus grassland) tile will reach this goal.
ACTION: Mine bonus grassland 2NE of city, and 1 tundra tile.
EXCESS: +3 food. The mountain can be used instead of the irragated wines, as expansion is all but over.

[b][u]Provolutia[/u][/b]

STATUS: Size 2, +4fpt, no river (take the forest tile off for quicker growth).
TARGET: 10spt. Intense mining needed.
ACTION: Mine 3 bonus grassland, and chop both forests. Needs cultural expansion.
EXCESS: +4 max. This is good, as it needs to grow.

[b][u]Donsignia[/u][/b]

STATUS: Size 3. Approx. 10% corruption. River Site!
TARGET: 11-16spt (1 for corruption). Needs to be non-despotic to irragate.
ACTION: Republic/Monarch needed for irragation effect. Mining of hills and culture needed.
EXCESS: +3fpt at max. Irragate cattle for more growth.

[b][u]Roosting Tree[/u][/b]

STATUS: Size 1. Approx. 10% corruption. River Site!
TARGET: > 5spt. Needs culture expansion for full assessment.
ACTION: Build culture! Non-despotic irragation needed for hills and mountains.
EXCESS: +2fpt.

[b][u]Bentley[/u][/b]

STATUS: Size 2. Approx. 40% shields lost to corruption.
TARGET: 5spt.
ACTION: Needs culture. In danger of flipping.
EXCESS: +2fpt.

Priority List:

City Level	Reason
[b][u]Provolutia[/u][/b]	1	Plentiful bonus grassland tiles.
[b][u]Donsignia[/u][/b] 2	Potential Powerhouse, but lots of work needed.
[b][u]Camelot[/u][/b] 3	Almost there.
[b][u]Roosting Tree[/u][/b]	4	Cramped in, and needs to expand borders first.
[b][u]Bentley[/u][/b] 5	Huge flip risk.

So... no comments?

Chieftess,

Thanks for bumping this! Somehow I missed it.

I agree with your plans for the worker located near Camelot. After he mines the bonus grassland 2NE of Camelot do you also intend him to road it? My inclination would be to do so. I also agree that when he’s finished with Camelot that he should improve Provolutian tiles.

I request that you reconsider your instructions for the 3 workers near Bentley. Ideally we’ll switch production in Bentley to a barracks, so we’ll need the forest chop to produce that quicker. However, do we want to connect Bentley to the rest of our kingdom at this time? Wouldn’t it be better to use the barracks in Bentley to produce vet warriors, which we can later upgrade to vet swords? Roading this tile is a serious mistake, IMO (though clearly we’ll want to do so when we’re ready to upgrade warriors to swords; for this reason we also shouldn’t road Bentley’s iron until later). Instead, I’d move the third worker to the forested tile NE of Bentley and start chopping. When the first pair of workers clears their forested tile, one of them can join the worker to the NE of Bentley, and the other can move to Donsignia’s cattle and irrigate that. We’ll also want to mine the two bonus grasslands around Bentley soon.

Umm, for those without access to the save, do you have time to add pictures? Actually even for those without the save. ;)

1E of what? Please do not connect Bentley, we want to build vet warriors which can be upgraded to swords.

Swords are the way to go Mr.President ;) I think we will need swords of iron to capture Dutch cities

Ungrading is so much more expensive in Conquests. We should have Bentley connected to the source of Iron and have it churning out Vet Swords for our attack on which ever country we are going to attack first.

A sword costs 30 shields and a warrior 10 shields. The cost to upgrate is 60g, or 3gold/shield. The cost to cash rush is 4 gold / shield. If we're carrying a gold balance (right now we are) it is faster to build 3 vet warriors and upgrade to swords than it is to build 3 swords. The preferred way to do this would be to either ensure we have the 60g when each warrior completes, or build warriors when we have the money and swords when we don't.

Bentley is not a huge flip risk actually. Less than 1% and needs only 6 units with which to make it completely safe. I would rather just prepare our attack on India from here, and garrison our stack.

Roosing Tree will get culture of course. I would make all of its tiles available be settling around it however.

Provolutia should be set up as a 4 turn SF. One forest should be left alone inside the radius for shields on growth.

Donsignia should be increased to 7 and then 10 SPT for chariot production. Further improvement can wait until government change IMO.

Camelot seems OK. Could do with a harbour, but let it get some units and workers out first.

Peaceful expansion is over in the short term, but there should be some space left after the wars. A settler factory is needed for this and for replacing any razed towns, and for later when we will switch to ICS.

Just my 2C.

Ok then, I'll leave out the part about building a road. Also, we shouldn't be concerning ourselves with settler factories now. Reason? Expansion phase is now over. We need to focus on being agressive.
