Hello there fellow civfanatics. I decided to do a Faith run with the Freedom Finisher at the end and great was my surprise to see that the Freedom Finisher doesnt stack with the Great Tiles of the Great Prophets and I was wondering... is that working as intended or it is a bug?

The Freedom finisher doesn't stack with the Piety finisher, but does double the base tile yield of Holy Sites. So you should get 12 faith from Holy Sites (assuming you're working the site), but not extra gold or culture beyond what the Piety finisher already provides.
