Dowloadable info

Just downloaded the game (CIV IV vanilla latest version) and played it.
Awesome stuff. I loved it and congratulate everyone who was involved.
My one beef is that I can't get a printout anywhere of all the details. (Tech tree, Buildings, Units, wonders etc etc).
Without them it's kinda like wandering blindfolded into a game. Still fun but I can't really plan in advance. I'm old fashioned enough to still like using pen and paper to chart what i should be doing before going online to start an Empire.
The TAM site has a tech tree, units, bdgs etc for the Civ III version, or perhaps an early incarnation the Civ IV vanilla one, but they are pretty different to the latest version.
can anyone help?
