Downloaded BNW on Steam, but it doesn't appear when I load the game

So I got BNW gifted from my brother. I downloaded it, the game updated and it says BNW was successfully installed. But when I start up Civ 5, it just has Gods and Kings and under DLC, BNW isn't even included. I've tried restarting, but the game doesn't seem to recognize BNW at all.

mmhh...while I think about it...did you restart Steam/your computer after downloading BNW?
Because I far as I remember this is necessary to make every DLC show up.
